Founder & CEO
Greg Whisenant is founder and CEO of CrimeReports.com. Previously, Greg started and was General Manager of Wasatch Solutions, a networking services and software development firm based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Before starting Wasatch Solutions in 2001, Greg worked in several positions in the technology field. Previously, he was a senior legislative advisor for law firm Hale and Dorr in Washington, DC, where he directed the ground level legislative strategies of multiple Fortune 500 technology companies, including EMC and Micron. Greg also worked for several years as a legislative aide to U.S. Senator Robert F. Bennett (R-UT), where he handled law enforcement, technology and telecommunications issues. For several years, Greg has been selected as a member of the vSpring v100, a list of the top 100 technology entrepreneurs in the State of Utah. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University (BA, English Literature 1993) and the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University (Master in Public Policy, 1997). He is also fluent in Spanish.

Ken Meyers manages Operations for Public Engines. Prior to joining the company, he was the key operational executive in leading AdvancedMD Software from bankruptcy to the #1 position in SaaS physician office software, two consecutive Inc. 500 listings, and a successful sale of the company to a major private equity firm. He previously served as chief operating officer for two other software companies, including Superstats.com (now Omniture, a $750M public company), and managed a global eServices business unit division for ModusLink, providing e-commerce services for Microsoft, Sun, HP, Intel, and other top tech companies. Mr. Meyers holds an undergraduate degree in Communications and a Masters in Business Administration from Brigham Young University. He resides in Orem, Utah with his wife and four wonderful children.

Scott Petty - vSpring Capital
Scott is a founding Managing Director of vSpring Capital, an early stage venture capital fund. Scott has led vSpring's investments in Alianza, Alpha Bay, Cerberian (acquired by Blue Coat Systems, NASDAQ:BCSI), comScore Networks (NASDAQ:SCOR), Control4, CrimeReports, FamilyLink, Infusionsoft, LignUp, SwarmBuilder, and Zonder. Prior to vSpring, Scott was COO and a Board Director of Zuka Juice. Under Scott's leadership, Zuka Juice grew from its first store to over 100 retail units and over 400 employees. Zuka Juice was acquired by Jamba Juice (NASDAQ:JMBA), a venture backed competitor. Before Zuka Juice Scott was a consultant with Bain & Company for seven years. At Bain he worked with many IT and non-IT companies, re-engineering their strategies for optimum results. Scott received a BS in Economics from Brigham Young University and a MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Mike Dodd - Austin Ventures
Mike Dodd, venture partner, joined Austin Ventures in 2008 and focuses on early and expansion-stage software and web-enabled business and consumer services. Most recently, Mike was SVP of Corporate Development with Omniture, Inc. (NASDAQ: OMTR), a publicly traded analytics and online business optimization software company. While there Mike led the identification, acquisition, and integration efforts around Omniture's acquisition of two domestic and two international companies which totaled approximately $500 million in consideration. Prior to Omniture, Mike was Senior Vice President and General Manager at MyFamily.com, a consumer online content subscription business. He was also a Partner with Europatweb, a venture capital firm where he worked with companies such as Liquidity Services Inc (NASDAQ: LQDT) and MyFamily.com, and a technology investment banker with Robertson Stephens in San Francisco.
